"CASA TUTTI FRUTTI" is a quiet and comfortable apartment located in the quarter called "Li Parlati", only ten minutes walking from the center of the town and from the main beach. The house is accessible via around 135 stairs, that go up from the state street Via Guglielmo Marconi. Bus stop and supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The space "CASA TUTTI FRUTTI" is a cool and comfortable apartment of 30 sqare metres, in a beatiful garden, situated above the State Street "Via Guglielmo Marconi", that runs behind the town. The accomodation features: a living room with a divan-bed, a terrace with the scenic view of the town and the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace is about 20 square meters in size and is furnished with tables, chairs and deckchairs. A Sat-TV, a kitchen corner equipped with basic utensils for cooking, a coffee machine, a kettle, a little electric oven, a cooker with four gas burners, are in the living room. On the left side of the living area you enter the double bedroom. Two radiators are available. Air conditioning unit is available. Our double bedroom contains a double bed, while in the other living room there is sofà-bed that can be used to sleep. From April 1 2018 the City hall authority has decided on tourist accommodation tax payments due from the guests of hotels, holiday homes, rented rooms establishments, bed & breakfasts . The tourist accommodation tax is due for each night spent in Positano’s accommodation facilities. Cost of it on Bed & Breakfast: 2,50 Euro per person a day Exemptions : children up to age 10 . How to pay? Cash directly on site. You will be given a personal receipt. The tourist accommodation tax proceeds shall be used in part to enhance services for tourists and shall be used in part to provide street furniture and other promotion facilities. Other things to note - Kitchen is provided with table cloth/kitchen towel/pot holders. - Bathroom is provided with towels, hand and body soap, hair caps, toilet paper, phono - Washing-machine is provided with laundry detergent; - Possibility to park cars nearby, paying the price of 25 euros per day and by reservation only. - For arrivals after 20:00 there shall be an extra cost of 30.00 Euros to be paid on arrival. - Damage deposit: 50.00 Euros.
