There is plenty to do, all close enough to walk or within a 5-minute ride: sightsee, shop, enjoy some of the best restaurants and clubs. Walk one the many nature trails. Play golf at some of the best courses! Come back from the beach and enjoy refreshments on the deck off the master bedroom or relax in the yard and grill a steak. Oh yes, we are pet friendly! Located in the Easton's Point section of Middletown adjacent to St. George's School, this rental boasts a fully stocked eat-in kitchen and 1 full bath. There is one queen bed and two twins in the bedrooms, and the three-season porch has a full-sized futon for extra sleeping. There is a deck off the master bedroom for relaxing! All linens are provided including six beach towels, and you have enough paper goods to begin your vacation. Beach chairs and a boogie board are located in the shed for your use. Relax and grill at your convenience! Oh yes! We are pet friendly! This rental is perfect for families, and couples or singles' getaways. The whole second floor is yours and you have a private entrance. The picnic bench and grill are available for relaxing! Oh yes, there are two parking spaces allocated to this rental in front of our garage. The garage is available to store bikes, beach equipment, etc. We are always available to assist our guests as needed. We live on the property. This sunny vacation rental is close enough to walk, bike or ride to all of the wonderful activities in and around Newport, including both First and Second Beaches. Our location offers an escape from the crowds and tourists at the end of the day. An easy walk to popular restaurants and pubs including Atlantic Grille, Tickets and Flo’s Clam Shack. Getting around is easy. You can walk to beaches, restaurants, the Cliff Walk, etc.; drive about 2 1/2 miles to Newport Harbor; take a taxi or Uber to your destination. If you have a bike, bring it along. Biking is very popular in this area and can be stored in our garage! The months of July and August are usually rented by the week only. 8% Rhode Island occupancy tax will be added to the total of the nightly charge and a cleaning fee.
