Are you looking for a cozy, comfortable and quiet place to relax with the two of you? Our apartment has a beautiful view from the bedroom over the polder and adjacent to the living room a large roof terrace facing south. In the morning, you will be awakened by the singing of the birds in our garden. The apartment is located in the outskirts of Hanzestad Maasbommel on the Gouden Ham (400m), here you can bike, hike, swim, rent a boat, eat out, bowl, water sports, etc. The space The space The apartment is located on our upper floor and has its own private entrance and private parking space in front of the house. There is room for storing a trailer if you want to bring a small boat. Behind our house, there is also a shed where you can safely store or charge your (electric) bicycles. No bicycle(s) of your own? We have two simple (3-speed) bicycles, which you can use for free. Layout: On the ground floor is your own entrance, private bathroom with bathtub, sink, shower and toilet and access to the floor. Upstairs, there is: landing, 1 large bedroom with double bed and plenty of closet space. 1 living room with open kitchen and a large roof terrace (30 square meters) facing south. The total floor area of the apartment is 65 square meters without roof terrace. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, including induction plate and combination microwave/oven. At the dining bar, you can possibly enjoy your own made meal. In the living room, there is plenty of space to relax with the (interactive) TV/Netflix (on your own subscription) or to read a book. Wi-Fi is available. On the spacious enclosed roof terrace, you can enjoy the sun and tranquility from the lounge sofa. If you also want to relax in our front/back garden, you can do so on various seats. We prefer to keep the garden on the side of our house private. Other things to note # There is no public transportation to Maasbommel. # To be considerate of other guests, pets are not allowed. # We do not serve breakfast.
