Welcome to Loft Premium Torres RS! We're ready to welcome you and want you to feel at home. The Loft was designed for you to enjoy relaxing days on the most beautiful beach on the Rio Grande do Sul coast. Located on the tranquil Praia da Cal, a destination where nature speaks volumes, so much so that it's part of the Caminhos dos Cânions do Sul Geopark. The space Enjoy a space with everything you need for a great stay. With large north-facing windows, you'll have a pleasant and cozy atmosphere year-round, allowing for plenty of sunlight and sea breezes, creating a relaxing and inviting environment to disconnect from your routine. The fully equipped kitchen, integrated into the living room, allows you to prepare all your meals or curl up on the sofa for a good conversation, read a book, or watch your favorite show. The suite on the mezzanine floor has blackout blinds that block out external light, making it perfect for relaxing. Furthermore, the living room sofa reclines and converts into a double bed. To enhance your experience, you can go up to the building's terrace, the perfect spot to admire the sea, the dunes, and Guarita Park, and watch the sunset while sipping a chimarrão (chimarrão) or enjoying a bergamot. During the hot air balloon festival, you can also see the balloons coloring the Torres sky at sunrise or sunset. The building is located in a gated community with security cameras and an electronic gate for pedestrian and vehicle access. It features an elevator, an outdoor shower at the entrance of each tower, an outdoor shower, a terrace with a party room, and a shared laundry room. The condominium is located 550 meters from the beachfront of Praia da Cal (4 blocks), 500 meters from Lagoa do Violão, 550 meters from the entrance to Parque da Guarita, and 1.5 kilometers from downtown Torres (approximately a 15-minute walk). There are also markets, restaurants, and pharmacies in the area. The apartment features: - Uncovered parking space - 30M of private Wi-Fi - 18,000 BTU split air conditioning - 43-inch Smart TV in the living room with IPTV - Powder room on the ground floor and a full bathroom next to the bedroom on the mezzanine floor - Complete linens: Bed linens, bath and face towels, pillows, blankets, throws, cushions, and rugs. - Equipped kitchen (household utensils, stovetop, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more). Personal hygiene items such as soap and shampoo are not provided. Basic cleaning supplies are available if necessary. On the 5th floor is a shared laundry room with a washing machine, sink, and clothesline. The party room is available subject to availability and a fee (we provide skewers in the apartment).
