The space **Modern Holiday Apartment in the Allgäu – Art, Nature, and Comfort** Our individually renovated holiday apartment, completed in 2019, is a true work of art. Featuring modern wall murals and an abundance of plants, it offers a green, creative atmosphere that blends nature with design. The apartment is barrier-free except for one step at the entrance and has direct access to a private terrace. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened with electric shutters or curtains. The master bedroom is equipped with a removable mosquito screen on the door. If more than two people are staying, the living room can serve as a second bedroom or offer separate sleeping arrangements for two guests if desired. The apartment has a private entrance, doorbell, and mailbox. For added security, the entrance area is monitored by a camera. Inside, there's a small play area for children, and guests have access to Prime, Netflix, and streaming services. Parking is free in the immediate vicinity, and a bus stop right across the street takes you quickly to the city center. A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and bank are just a 5-minute walk away. There are fantastic playgrounds and restaurants nearby, along with many easily accessible lakes for swimming and plenty of nature for biking, jogging, or hiking. On clear days, the view of the Allgäu mountains is simply breathtaking! #staywild29 Guest access The apartment features a separate WC, a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a kitchen with a pantry, a hallway, a living room/second bedroom, a master bedroom, and a terrace with a table and lounging chairs. **#staywild29** has its own private entrance and is situated in a relatively quiet area. Other things to note We have a very friendly, medium-sized dog, but he only lives in our part of the house and garden, and he doesn’t bark. In our garden, there is a small pond with fish, as well as a pull-up bar, which can be used under parental supervision. Our apartment is right next door, so we are always easily reachable if you have any questions. We have two children and three turtles in the garden, which are best just observed. For a booking of two guests, we will prepare the double bed for you by default. If you would prefer two separate beds, please let us know in advance. Thank you!
