Vacation home overlooking Schmalkalden. You will live in the countryside with a large garden and hiking opportunities from the property. The Ehrental forest restaurant and the local game reserve can be reached on foot in half an hour, the Mommelstein bike trail is only minutes away. On foot you are in the city center in fifteen minutes, on the historic old market or at Wilhelmsburg Palace, in half an hour by car at the Rennsteig. Nearby is the Näherstille swimming pool. The space Modernly designed bungalow with a large garden and outdoor lawn terrace. For cooler evenings, a fireplace and underfloor heating are available. The kitchen is semi-open to the living room, bathroom and toilet are separate. On the first floor, a balcony offers beautiful panoramic views over Schmalkalden and the surrounding area. The front of the house on the ground floor is fully glazed towards Schmalkalden, so you can enjoy a beautiful view during breakfast. During the heating season, gas consumption (according to the gas meter) is charged extra! Guest access The entire bungalow and garden are at your disposal. Winter equipment is required from December to March! Other things to note The bungalow is not suitable for toddlers because of the space-saving staircase.
