RESTRICTIONS: The SPIRAL METAL STEPS may be difficult to climb: THE UNIT, THEREFORE, CAN NOT ACCOMMODATE A LARGE FRAME PERSONS ABOVE 250 lbs. The space Great view; large studio space. Queen size bed + bedding. Private bathroom. A kitchenette with cooktop, micro, small fridge, and set of dishes. A/C and heat. Small W/D. 5-15 mnts to the Navy base (depends on the gate), 20 to Capitol; Hershey or airport : 25-30; Gettysburg / Lancaster: 45-50. Pls help to maintain our relatively low rates by: 1. Guests keep the unit clean; we do not charge a cleaning fee if you maintain and return a clean unit. 2. Energy conservation: please avoid excessive cooling/heating / wasted water. Summer cooling: 74 or upper. Winter heating: 70 or lower. W/D up to 2 weekly at no cost. Guest access The unit is ONLY for you; so shares! The house yard, parking space and the entry area are camera monitored 24/7. Other things to note RESTRICTION: Due to the spiral steps and bathtub design, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 250 lbs. HOUSE RULES 1. Guests do NOT pay a cleaning fee IF they keep, and return, the unit clean. 2. Conserve energy: cooling - 74 or above, heating 70 or below. Use water responsibly; ;report leaks immediately. 3. No guests or visitors. Delivery service (Pizza, and such) MUST wait for you to come outside of the gate. 4. No smoking, vaping, candles, open fire, or storing any flammable material. No use or storage of illegal drugs. No partying, loud noise, excessive alcohol use. No additional small appliances without prior approval. No pets. 5. WE HAVE NOT HAD BED-BUGS EVER IN OUR PLACES. You, as a guest, ENSSURE that your belongings are not infected. 6. 8pm to 8am is 'QUIET TIME ZONE': no W/D, no unusual noise, no large boxes/luggage moving up or down, vacuuming.
