Access the villa via a shared elevator to your private 2nd-floor foyer, perfect for storing bikes, golf clubs, and sports gear. Inside, enjoy an open floor plan with Brazilian cherry floors leading to three bedrooms and a laundry room, comfortably sleeping six. The King Master Bedroom has a cozy urban cottage vibe, a 39” LED cable TV, and a reading nook. Its en-suite bathroom includes a large jetted tub and glass-walled shower. The cheerful Guest Bedroom features a queen bed, 24” Smart HDTV, and access to a shared bathroom with a step-in shower. The versatile Office/Guest Bedroom doubles as living space or a private room with a daybed/trundle that converts to a king bed. It also has a flip-down desk for workspace needs. The open living area seats eight at the dining table and boasts a cozy urban cottage-style living room with a 44” cable and Netflix-ready HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures. The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January. Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
