All rooms have air conditioning, a mini-fridge, a coffee machine, and a private bathroom. The rooms also have nice balconies, except for the LemonTree room. It has a double bed and a single bed, a three-door wardrobe, a small table with chairs, a balcony, air conditioning, and a lovely private bathroom. The refrigerator is ideal for keeping drinks cool. Perfect for couples or couples with children, thanks to its spaciousness and comfort. Each room is designed to offer a comfortable and memorable stay, with attention to detail and the quality of the services offered. Breakfast included to start the day with a taste. The stay includes a small complimentary breakfast, designed to offer you a simple and pleasant awakening, in the comfort of your room. At your disposal, coffee (in compostable capsules, which you can prepare yourself thanks to the Lavazza machine in your home), accompanied by muffins, biscuits and fruit juice, to be enjoyed in total relaxation and freedom of schedules. For those who want a more complete experience, a rich sweet and savory buffet breakfast is available on request at an affiliated facility (only 100 m away), at an extra cost of €13 per person, to be paid on site. Guest access The house is arranged on two floors: the first floor includes my private area, where I normally reside and where the reception and check-in are carried out upon arrival. While the second floor is entirely dedicated to guests. On the ground floor, we have a nice cellar for luggage storage and e-bike storage, which can only be used upon request. The different floors of the structure are connected by an external staircase and an internal staircase. During your stay The creation of Dolce Lago B&B was born from the desire to let tourists and travelers discover the beauty of the lake where I grew up. I will be happy to provide information about excursions and the main local attractions. The best time to get such advice is at the reception (check-in), when I make myself physically available to meet the guests and provide all the necessary information. Other things to note We remind you that the tourist accommodation tax is to be paid on site, upon arrival and in cash, exclusively in the period from April 1 to October 31. The amount of the accommodation tax is €1 per person, per night. We remind you that the day before arrival it is necessary to indicate the check-in time so that I can be present to welcome you and give you your keys. We remind you that garbage must be left on the ground floor in the appropriate containers and must be sorted. We remind you that the rate includes room cleaning at the end of the stay for short stays and every 3 days for longer stays (no daily cleaning included). The linen change is every 5 days. Extra linen changes and/or extra cleaning are possible, only upon request, at an extra cost.
