The location of the apartment offers a variety of possibilities: on the one hand, you can get a taste of the metropolitan air of Berlin (30 km to the outskirts of the city), on the other hand, you can take a relaxing walk along the dike or do water sports on the Havel. A small swimming area with the possibility to launch a paddle boat is very close (about 100 m).
