Welcome to Gutshof Dobschütz, the smallest place in Saxony! In the middle of the Lommatzscher Pflege, an agricultural region in the heart of Saxony, is our idyllic farm in a secluded location. Our cozy apartment was decorated with a lot of love. We have donkeys, cattle, chickens, geese, ducks, sheep, quails & cats. Of course, you can help with the animal care every day & get to know all our animal residents. Pony rides can be booked externally in the neighboring village. The space Our 90 m² family-friendly apartment was cozily furnished with a lot of love and has: - Bedroom 1: Solid wood double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables - Bedroom 2: 2 antique wooden single beds that can be pushed together and used as a double bed, wardrobe, nightstands - 3 children's or baby cribs - Living room: With double sofa bed, table soccer, large table with chairs, TV - Kitchen with large table and everything you need (fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cooking utensils, 2 high chairs, etc.) - Bathroom with bathtub, shower, changing table, toilet, sink, hairdryer, illuminated mirror, potty, step for small guests, baby bathtub - Hallway with wardrobe - Small library with books and games - Grill area/terrace - Playground - Small storage room with vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, brooms, etc. (if you want to tidy up a bit in between despite being on vacation) We are child-friendly and have everything there: outlet protection, 2 high chairs, changing table, potty, toilet seat, step in front of the sink, children's dishes, 3 extra beds, bed rail protection for mounting on adult beds, toddler bedding. Of course, the price includes: Wi-Fi, towels, dish towels, bed linens, shampoo & shower gel, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, sponges, and much more. Guest access Private entrance via a staircase. Parking is available directly in our yard in front of the apartment. Other things to note !!! ATTENTION: FROM NOVEMBER 2024 - DECEMBER 2024, expansion work for another apartment will take place next to the apartment. There will be construction noise during the day! We therefore rent at a low price to people who do not mind this or who are already on excursions during the day or on assembly. !!! With us, you can relax, but also actively experience agriculture if you want. In the morning and evening, we offer the opportunity to experience animal care yourself: feeding horses, driving sheep to pasture, feeding chickens, watering cows, etc. Of course, we also like to tell the story of our farm and the magic of Lommatzscher care. We also offer donkey hikes with the donkeys Pablo and Picasso. Enjoy nature and go hiking with the two relaxed, calm companions - what could be better? Donkey walks have a decelerating effect on the most stressed adults and strengthen mindfulness. Donkeys have a magical effect on children, strengthen self-efficacy and teach that you can reach your goal with patience, trust and teamwork. Pony riding can be booked through an external riding instructor.
