The space The House offers on the ground floor, a large living room to relax, read or listen to music, a comfortable dining room that can accommodate up to 10 guests and a fully equipped kitchen. The relaxation area consists of a jacuzzi, sauna, shower, as well as a cloakroom with toilet, all extended by a charming terrace overlooking the countryside. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A staircase leads to a first bedroom, very spacious and with a cathedral ceiling, which can accommodate 3 people (a double bed and a single bed or 3 single beds). Its en-suite bathroom is spacious and offers a bathtub, shower and separate toilet. On the same landing, another bedroom, pleasant and bright, offers a crossing room whose sleeping space and bathroom are linked by a nice clear waxed concrete. Open shower room and separate toilet. Double bed that can be separated into 2 twins. By a second staircase you will access a landing room, for 2 people (double bed or 2 single beds) as well as a second bedroom in a row for 3 people (double bed and single bed or 3 single beds). This space also has its own bathroom and separate toilet. Linen bed linen is provided as well as towels. For your leisure and teleworking, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and desks are available in all rooms. Guest access Guests also have access to the fully enclosed garden, equipped with outdoor furniture, offering unobstructed views of the beautiful surrounding countryside. 3 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Other things to note The living room fireplace is not operational. Fireplaces are not allowed during your stay. The use of the hot tub must follow the rules outlined in the house and its access must be under the supervision of the adults present. A contract will be drawn up and must be signed after your booking on Airbnb. A deposit check will also be issued on the day of your arrival. The house is fully equipped with an alarm system with indoor sensors (photographic presence detectors). This system will be disabled during your stay.
