The space Unlike many other lakefront properties, the Estate features an expansive and private lakeside yard providing ample room for your family and guests to enjoy endless activities in a lakefront setting. This one of a kind estate is ideal for family, business, or social gatherings. The Estate comfortably sleeps 8 people and features the following: - A large open kitchen space which flows into the main family room. - A separate bar and lounge area - The entire second floor is a master ensuite with a huge master closet and stunning views of Lake Michigan. - Large wood burning fireplace - large furnished and enclosed lakeside patio area. - Large driveway with ample parking. - All mattresses and bed pillows protected with anti-dust mite sheets & covers. The bedroom breakdown are as follows: Master (2nd floor): king 1st floor big bedroom: queen 1st floor smaller bedroom: queen basement bedroom: queen NOTE: Parties, weddings and other private events exceeding 10 guests are not permitted without owner’s approval and payment of addition event fee. Other things to note There is no smoking allowed in the house or enclosed patios. Violation of the "no smoking" rule will be subject to fine to cover increased cleaning costs. As a courtsey to the host and future guests, outdoor shoes are not allowed to be worn in the house.
