The living area is equipped with a comfy sofa and a TV with cable channels for your entertainment. Here, you can relax, read a book, or simply enjoy the magnificent view through the window. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed with quality linens to ensure you have a peaceful and cozy sleep. A fully-equipped kitchen offers everything needed for cooking: a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, dishes, and utensils. Here, you can indulge in your favorite meals without leaving the comfort of the studio. The bathroom, complete with a shower, towels, and essential toiletries, provides all the conveniences to start or end your day. Kitchen: A fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, as well as a set of dishes and utensils for cooking and dining. Bathroom: At your disposal is a bathroom with a shower cabin, towels, and basic toiletries. Balcony: You can enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and mountains from your private balcony, perfect for starting your morning with a cup of coffee or winding down in the evening with a sunset view. Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the studio, allowing you to stay connected, work, or plan your city adventures. Parking: If you're traveling by car, you'll have access to free public parking. However, please note that spaces are limited and cannot be reserved; we can't guarantee an available spot. Other things to note Smoking: Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation of this rule, a fine will be imposed. Technical issues: In the event of any technical issues in the apartment during your stay (such as problems with electricity, water, heating, or Wi-Fi), please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Construction work might be ongoing around the complex, so you may occasionally hear construction noise. However, if there is any, it will be within acceptable limits, usually from 10-11 AM to 6-8 PM. Parties and events: Parties and events are not allowed. We ask you to respect our neighbors and keep quiet after 10:00 PM. Cleaning and care of the apartment: Please clean the apartment before departure and leave it in the same condition in which you received it. If you want additional cleaning during your stay, let us know in advance, and we will arrange it for an additional fee. Security: The Orbi City complex ensures a high level of security for its residents and guests. The entrance to the building is controlled by 24-hour security and a video surveillance system. All our guests can feel safe during their stay. Children and infants: Our little guests are important to us! If you need a crib or a feeding chair, let us know in advance, and we will try to provide them for you. Please note that the apartment is on a high floor, so be extra careful with children around windows and the balcony. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Please respect this rule to ensure the comfort of all our guests. Eco-friendliness: We strive to make our accommodation as environmentally friendly as possible. Please use electricity, water, and heating wisely, and sort garbage for recycling. Accessibility for guests with disabilities: Unfortunately, our apartment is not fully adapted for guests with disabilities.
