This apartment has everything you could need to experience a fantastic vacation and has been renovated with first-class materials, with a sense of finesse and details. Fantastic location, just 50m from the coast where you find yourself in the center. Close to all restaurants, cafes and local shops. There is parking in front of the building, but this is for a fee. After booking, the best parking options in the area will be provided. In addition, you can reserve a parking space in advance via SparkSpot. This platform offers available parking spaces in the area and is often cheaper than street or public parking lots.
 The entire apartment has been recently renovated (2020) with designer finishes for an ultimate relaxing feeling on the coast. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you would need (check our profile for details). A coffee machine is available. You do not need to bring your own coffee with filter. The dining room has been equipped with 2 extra luxury chairs since November 2021 (not shown in the photo). The feeling of luxury is extended to the bathroom, which is modernly furnished with a shower and 1 separate toilet. There's an efficient check-in/check-out process. There is a basement room available (1x2m) where you can store small items or luggage during your stay. Free fast WiFi is available, and we also have a TV with digital TV, basic channels, and Chromecast options. The apartment has two bedrooms. The first room has a double bed (2p.), the second bedroom has a bunk bed with 1 pull-out bed underneath (3p.) In the house you will also find: - Clean 100% cotton sheets and towels (Witte Lietaer) - All beds are made upon arrival, so you can immediately enjoy your stay. - Basic amount of shampoo and shower gel is provided in the bathroom - Hair dryer is provided We really hope you enjoy your stay in our accommodation and let us know how we can make the experience even greater for our next guests! The accommodation is completely private, neither I nor other guests stay in the accommodation during your trip Other things to note These are some of the measures we take to provide you with a safe and enjoyable stay: - Pets are not allowed. - Check in is possible from 3 p.m., check out at the latest 11 a.m. - Our accommodation is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. - We provide professional bedding and towels. These are washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry company. - We work with a self-check-in system, so you can check in yourself on arrival without meeting anyone. - Please remember that you are staying in an accommodation, not a hotel. - Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. // In order to protect our accommodation and stay up-to-date with current regulations, you will be asked to fill in a document after booking regarding an exemption/deposit. You will have the choice between: 1) A partially refundable deposit 2) a non-refundable exemption amount. The latter option is recommended as it protects you in the event of damage that may have been caused during your stay.
