Escape to Le Pirogue, a Mauritian style complex featuring white villas, set along across the road from the immensely popular 5km promenade in Ballito, conveniently situated near restaurants, bars and a grocery store. It offers many luxury facilities which will ensure a comfortable stay. This apartment is listed with Ballito Accommodation which has been providing luxury accommodation since 1983. The space This apartment is situated in a complex on the inland side of Compensation Beach Road. It is next to the Boulevard shopping centre, which has a Friendly Grocer and Laundromat among other shopping facilities. This spacious comfortable white tiled three-bedroom, two-bathroom (Main en-suite with shower, guest bathroom with bath) unit sleeps six people in one queen size and 4 single beds. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the lounge. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a TV in the living room with running DSTV (business DSTV package). There is a patio (with a weber braai) off the living area, main bedroom and second bedroom. The complex has a lovely central tropical garden with a large swimming pool and paddling pool for the toddlers. A section of the garden includes the boardwalk over a natural stream where the indigenous plants have been left untouched. The complex is secure with main gate access to the complex by remote control. Please supply own beach towels. Guest access Guest will be able to access the communal swimming pool area. There is a beach gate on the property whereby guest can access the short walk between the complex and the beach entrance. Other things to note We welcome you to a fully equipped self-catering apartment. Upon check-in, the beds will be dressed and towels will be provided for each guest for your convenience (Guest visits that exceed 7 days will include a linen change and cleaning service on the 8th day). Beach towels are not supplied. In addition we also supply a compact starter pack which includes Tea/Coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge. A complimentary starter pack of tea & coffee will also be provided. Although the apartment is provided on a self-contained basis we would be glad to assist you with any additional services i.e. daily cleaning as well as Linen and towel changes at an additional charge (Please contact our office 24 hours in advance for us to assist you further).
