It is composed of an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, washing machine, senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle), open to the living room, bedroom: 140 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room, TV, bathroom: large shower, toilet, towel dryer. The space Your accommodation is located on the 1 st floor, with elevator, on the back of the building. It is quiet, with a view of the greenery, without any overlooking. there is a small balcony that allows to have breakfast in the sun or aperitif with the little noise of the river below. Despite everything it is located on the main avenue of Saint Nectaire, its location is therefore very convenient without any inconvenience. Guest access From the accommodation, you can walk to 2 restaurants and 2 shops selling regional products. The Trade Point (Bakery, Bar/Tobacco, Pharmacy, Grocery, ATM) is a 15-minute walk away. You can also park very easily in front of and on each side of the residence, there are many parking spaces. Other things to note It should be noted that duvets and pillows with protection are provided, but not bed linen or towels. I can offer them to you to hire. Bed linen (cloth sheets) and towels: 25€/bed/living room (including a flat sheet, a covered sheet, 2 pillowcases and 2 towels). On request I make available free of charge baby equipment for the duration of the stay: an umbrella bed with a real mattress, a high chair and a small bathtub.
