Who's Anton? Monnickendam, near Amsterdam

Two spacious double rooms overlooking the harbor in the beautiful old town of Monnickendam. We give our guests privacy and space. Personal contact with guests is part of our hospitality. Nice restaurants and terraces are minutes away. You park your car (free) in front of the door or within walking distance. Guest access Both rooms, private kitchen (with coffee and tea facility) and private shower/toilet, are located on the ground floor. Parking in the old town of Monnickendam, where we live, is free, but works with a parking disc. This means that from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., you can park for a maximum of 2 hours (free of charge) using the parking disc. Between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m., you do not need to use a parking disc. If you set the parking disc at 9:00 a.m. after 5:00 p.m., the car can remain parked until 11:00 a.m. the next day. If you don't have a parking disc, you can borrow one from us. If you do not use the car for a day, park it outside the center where you can park for free. Good places are: Wilhelminalaan 56 Monnickendam and Parking lot 't Bolwerk. From those parking lots, you can walk to us in 11 to 13 minutes or to the bus stops in a few minutes. By the way, you can park outside the city center for free and (almost everywhere) without a parking disc. Other things to note The municipal tourist tax for 2026 is set at €3.65 per person per night.
