A cosy and compact room for one/two people. Adults only - no children or pets. Ideally situated for Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge, Snape, Aldeburgh, Framlingham, Dunwich etc. Off the beaten track but with easy access to A12. The room is self -contained and fully furnished with linen and towels. Kitchen with microwave, fridge and oven & table. Bathroom with overhead shower. Bedroom with sofa & desk. Own entrance and patio area. There is a second annexe 'The Garden Room' available also for bookings. The space If you are wishing to explore this part of Suffolk for a few days - or perhaps are working in the area - Brick Kiln Annexe is the perfect little 'getaway'. Bigger than an hotel room, and with the facility to 'look after yourself' - it is private and cosy. Whilst the main house where I live is close, and therefore I can help you with any query you may have, I very much respect your privacy and you can come and go as freely as you wish, (obviously within reasonable hours). I also welcome long term/regular stays. Please ask for special rates Guest access A utility room/boot room separates the main house and annexe. The back door is left open to allow you to come and go as you wish, (obviously within reasonably hours!). The washing machine and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board, are situated in this area and you are welcome to use these. Other things to note I run a small Adult Only Campsite from home and during the summer months, campers will be here. You will see these campers and it is likely that you will smell wood fires too - however, I am very strict about the site. It is a No Music site and there is a curfew from 9.30pm.
