The Apartment is located near the promenade, in a wind free pocket, in the heart of energetic Clifton. Less than 2 minutes walking distance to the famous 4 Clifton Beaches. It is +/- 5 min drive from restaurants, shopping, entertainment & nightlife; 10 to 15 min drive to city centre; 25 to 30 min to the airport & is central to nearby tourist attractions. The space An ultra-modern & bright space with amazing views of the ocean from within the suite and from the large covered terrace. The suite has magnificent finishes and is fully furnished & equipped with all the necessary amenities, including but not limited to a Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen TV and sound bar, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The suite has an open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area with a private en-suite bedroom, air conditioning, double glazed sliding doors and windows, leading onto a covered terrace. The en-suite bedroom contains extraordinary cupboard space flowing into a beautiful full bathroom. Inverter: high tech and silent to ensure full functionality and uninterrupted power supply during loadshedding and power failures Wi-Fi & internet : uncapped fiber, fast and secure as well as comprehensive satellite including all TV channels. 1 parking : upon request at least 48 hours prior to arrival – subject to availability, suitability with related T’s & C’s Housekeeping Service : Monday – Friday, between 8am & 3pm, a specific 1 hour time slot will be allocated, upon request only & subject to availability No housekeeping service the day after check-in Housekeeping service only every second day after check-in Weekends & Public Holidays at an extra cost - 24-hour prior arrangement required Linen change every 6 days Bathroom towel change every 3 days Beach towels no change The apartment is self-catering and certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival only. Other things to note There is an elevator to use to access the apartment but if it is not functional there are steps leading up to the apartment. Luggage Assistance : Only available Mon – Fri 14h00 – 16h00 for check-in and 08h00 – 10h00 for check-out. Check In after 16h00 will be subject to a surcharge for overtime, alternatively self check-in will apply A mandatory refundable damage deposit equal to 1 nights' stay will be charged prior to arrival. We collect the damage deposit by credit card up to 7 days prior to arrival. We return your damage deposit by credit card up to 7 days after check-out - the refund is subject to terms & conditions. We require your personal email address after reservation made, to share with you our property / guest manual together with a guest information form. The aforementioned documents need to be signed / completed 7 days prior to check-in.
