The space This old Ardennes farm that we acquired about twenty years ago, we renovated it with passion and heart to welcome you in 2 adjoining family gites of character. This one - called "la Batière" will surprise you with the warmth of its wood, the charm of its old beams and its stone walls of the country, its harmonious decoration, its relaxing "South-East" terrace, its bright and comfortable living space... all in the benevolent company of treasures of our farm! And during winter evenings, the flames of the wood stove (pellets) will make you dream even more... Kitchen: everything is available to make you feel at home! New local bluestone countertop! Very large fridge. What to do "at home": in addition to hiking, biking, horseback riding in the forest and the countryside - animated or not by geocaching - many discoveries and sports, heritage, fun, cultural, gastronomic activities...: we look forward to having you enjoy a great stay, comfortable, in the heart of a still well-preserved environment!... Guest access for bike lovers (mountain or hybrid): access to a secure shelter, small repair equipment, etc. rentals possible in different tourist offices near us (Martelange, Habay, Marbehan, Neufchâteau). for outdoor enthusiasts: large outdoor play area (soccer goal, badminton court, swing) but also, indoor games room (ping pong table, foosball) Other things to note A pet is welcome in our cottage, subject to acceptance by us: in order to best respect the neighbors and the premises, we ask that you inform us as soon as you make your booking request (breed? age? lifestyle?). For hygiene reasons, it is not allowed to access a bedroom or bathroom (internal regulations). Thank you for your understanding. Additional fees: €70 for a stay of 7 nights or less; €140 for a stay of more than 7 nights. In the event that you have encoded on the platform the presence of your pet, it is the platform that will manage the levy of €70. About bed linen: The dimensions of the beds: 2 beds of 1 person 0.90 x 2 m; a bed for 2 people on the ground floor: 1.60 x 2 m; a bed for 2 people in the upstairs bedroom 1.60 x 2 m. For hygienic reasons, your bed linen that you carry in your luggage is to be put on top of the bed linen already set up, and which is a protection for mattresses, pillows and duvets.
