Other things to note Please be advised that our chalet is only reachable by stairs. It is not recommended for people with mobility issues. The apartment is located on the ground floor and 1st floor with an internal stairwell leading up to the bedroom and bathroom. Beatenberg is a mountain village located 700 vertical meters above Interlaken. It is well cleared in winter, but as a mountain road, it has many curves.
