At the same time it is located in a quiet cul de sac with free on street car parking and pedestrian access to the magnificent Holyrood Park, Arthur’s Seat and the St Margaret's Loch: beautiful scenery you won’t easily forget about! Only few minutes walking and you will be immersed in the beautiful historical Royal Mile that goes from the Queen’s Palace right up to the Edinburgh Castle. Frequent buses will take you to the main touristic destinations and shopping streets, with the nearest bus stop being only 2-3 minutes away and Princess Street at about 10-15 minutes by bus. Night buses will take you home from the city centre too. The Waverley Train Station is only minutes away (5 minutes by taxi, 15-20 walking).
