T&Cs apply The space Mr. Darcy’s Residence is a tourism award-winning renovated historic townhouse that oozes Georgian chic style… retaining all of the historical charm and features whilst providing luxurious and spacious accommodation for larger groups. • Seven wonderful bedrooms, featuring super king size beds that can be unzipped to single beds. There are also extra single beds and a few sets of full sized bunk beds for extra guests. Majority of the bedrooms feature a dressing area, with luxurious GHD hair straighteners and hair dryers. • There is a large drawing room with plenty of comfortable seating, soft lighting, a wine fridge, soundbar with bluetooth and smart TV with on-demand services such as Netflix. • The bespoke, hand built kitchen has a lovely atmosphere, with a 4.2m long, hand made, Somerset cherry wood table to help you celebrate in style with your group! • The kitchen is fitted with top of the range appliances including a dishwasher, air-fryer and washer/dryer. • Ample bathroom space for larger groups, including three en-suites with luxury, walk in showers, a separate shower room and a bathroom with period, claw foot bathtub. We include complimentary luxury organic toiletries, freshly ground coffee, tea, fresh local milk and unlimited Wi-fi for use in our properties to make your stay extra special and easy. We have a minimum occupancy of 14 guests at weekends (if less than 14 are staying, the 14 person price will still apply). If you have less than 14 guests, please send us a direct enquiry email with your requirements and we will do our best to help. If your party is larger than 16 guests, please do get in touch as we can accommodate up to 22 guests in this property. Children under 5 stay for free and travel cots/highchairs can be provided free of charge - please just ask! Guest access The whole house will be yours during your stay & we live off-site. Other things to note We wish for our guests to have fun and relax but as the property is situated in the city centre surrounded by residents, we ask our guests that they don't treat it as a party house and respect our neighbours at all times. Any noise complaints may result in loss of security deposit. 2-night minimum stay at weekends, Christmas and New Year. Earlier check-in/later check-out can be arranged for a charge. (Subject to availability). We require a credit/debit card for a pre authorisation security deposit before check-in at this property. Please contact us if your group is larger than 16 guests, additional charges will apply. Our weekend stays are from Fri-Sun (min 2 nights). We can accommodate some Saturday arrivals under special circumstances/bank holiday weekends. Please ask!
