The space Ziv Boutique Apartments number 6 is located on the SECOND FLOOR of a beautiful traditional Greek building that was built a 150 years ago. The building has been recently renovated and redesigned. It is located next to the central square of old historic Lafkas town in a quiet street and in an ideal prime location. When arriving at the island, I will personally greet you and show you where the best places to park your car. The apartment is a studio consists of a sleeping area, common area, kitchen and bathroom. If you would like to sit in the fresh air, the apartment offers garden furniture in the balcony that overlooks the peaceful streets of Lefkada. The apartment (26 sq m. = 279 sq. ft) features a fully equipped kitchen (includes oven with double electric stove top), air conditioning and heating in the entire apartment, bug nets in all doors and windows, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine, a hairdryer and more. There is 1 bed in the apartment – a queen size bed. Other than that there is also a sofa in the sleeping area. Overall the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child). In case you are traveling with an infant (1 year old or younger), we will also supply you with a crib with no extra charge (please let us know beforehand). Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. We will make sure that you will have a great start for your vacation as we will provide you with sugar, coffee, tea, water bottle, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and some other surprises.
