The space THE SPACE There are 30 m2 well planned by a renowned architect, you will live in comfort and good taste for every square centimeter. We have a bedroom with a large and cozy double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The building is new with complete infrastructure: lap pool, gym, business room, industrial laundry, in short, everything good for you to have a good time in our place. Other things to note WARNING For stays longer than 15 days, electricity is billed externally, in the amount of R$1.00 (one real) per kilowatt/hour. Our team, at the time of check-in, will take a photo of the meter in the presence of the guest, as well as at check-out. Payment will be via bank transfer, with the data sent by our commercial sector. ABOUT VISITS It is strictly forbidden to receive visitors ABOUT MAINTENANCE We request that any problem in the unit during your stay, such as: leaks or air conditioning malfunction, must be immediately communicated to our team for quick intervention and normalization. Obs. The use of the washing machine and the meeting room is at the guest's expense, for R$10.00 you can wash and dry up to 10 kg of clothes.
