Our house is cozy and bright, built from wood. We offer comfortable beds and quality bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped and should be able to find everything you need. Queen (160cm) bed and twin (90cm) bed. Private external bathroom in the entrance. This room is unfortunately NOT suitable for infants. In our area you can find guided glacier and riding tours. You could visit Vestrahorn and go to the Hot tubs in Hoffell. The space Room no. 1 is a triple room and has a private external bathroom located in the entrance. Bed linen and towels are provided + bathroom has both hand and body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Our house was built in the year 1981 and we are the second owners. When we bought the house, in October 2015, everything was original. Since then we have spent a lot of time on painting and renovating the house on the inside. Now we are finally happy and ready to share our beautiful home with you. Please don't book this room for children younger than 4 years old. If you have a younger child, please check if we have availability in room number 4. Guest access My guests can feel free to use the shared kitchen after 8:00 in the morning and before 21:30 in the evening. Haukaberg is a shared house and I ask my guests to be respectful, quiet time is after 22:00. If you are chatting in the kitchen after 22:00, please remember that some of the guests might already be in bed. This room has no facilities for guests laundry. We have a public laundromat in town, where you can get laundry service: Efnalaug Dóru. Kitchen rules are not complicated. Treat the kitchen with respect and clean the things that you used. There is a dishwasher that I ask my guests to use but first you need to wash the most dirt off your plates. During your stay Feel free to call me or send a message if you need anything. If I am not available myself then I always have someone ready that can come to assist. :) Other things to note Please park in our driveway, there should be space for 4 cars there.
