Beautiful ground floor private entrance room with outdoor patio, en-suite bath and a king bed located a mile from the beach located next to the bike trail. Chair that can pull out into a bed for a smaller person. Microwave, dorm sized fridge, Keurig coffee station. Small plates, bowls, silverware & glassware. Towels and linens included. Roku TV compatible with phone, comcast cable. Parking at unit. Must be able to walk about 25 feet over flat grass to access. Quiet neighborhood. The space One large bedroom area with large bathroom and shower cabin. We are located right next to the Rehoboth/Lewes bike trail. Guest access Guests will have access to their bedroom, bathroom and patio area. Guests will need to walk across about 25 feet of grass to get into the unit. Full privacy. During your stay Guests can message through the Airbnb app or call through the Airbnb app. Other things to note We strive to provide a hotel like experience when you stay at a price much lower than local hotels. We encourage multiple night stays - if you are planning on staying for 3 or more nights please contact us before booking as we may offer a discount if not on a holiday weekend.
