If so, it will be reported to the authority. -The use/distribution of narcotics and other forbidden medicines in the surrounding property. Any infringements will be reported to the authority. -Not to litter anywhere. A trash can is provided in the room and surroundings -Not to insert nails, to sketch, to write or stick a poster/sticker on the wall, or and window without the permission of the Management. -Not to throw any material/toilet paper in the toilet. If the toilet gets clogged, the cost of repair will be charged to the tenant. -Not to leave things in the corridor. -Not to leave/keep valuables and a big amount of currencies in the room. The Management cannot be held responsible for any loss. -Not to hang the laundry or other things on the terrace/balcony. -Not to keep/bring pets around the property. -Not to disturb the peace of other tenants. -Not to park vehicles not owned by tenants. -Not to use the Rumah Kamang Residence address for any legal transactions.
