The Artists' Retreat

"Il rifugio degli artisti" is a studio apartment located on the 6th floor, 600 meters from metro line 1, which connects you to the entire city in a few minutes: 7 minutes to Vomero, 15 minutes to the historic center. It is immersed in a green area with a private panoramic terrace of 80 square meters. We are a short distance from the Reggia di Capodimonte (within walking distance). Near the house there are: supermarkets, bars, fresh fish shops, a bakery, a hairdresser, a pharmacy, a pastry shop, etc. The space The house is comfortable and efficient and has a huge panoramic terrace with an outdoor shower and a view of Vesuvius. The house consists of a living room with a single bed and a second pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The area is strategic because in just a few minutes, thanks to metro line 1 (600 meters away), you can reach every point of the city. The area is quiet and family-friendly, with lots of greenery and beautiful views. The Vomero neighborhood is very close, only 3 metro stops away. The house is also suitable for longer stays for study and work: the Policlinico/University, the CNR (National Research Center), the Capodimonte Museum, and the astronomical observatory are nearby. Guest access The house is located on the 6th floor of a building equipped with an elevator. Parking is 200 meters from the house. It is secured, covered, and subject to a fee; it is not managed by the property. For periods from a week onwards, a discounted amount is required from the garage. Other things to note The outdoor terrace is wonderful. It measures 80 square meters, is panoramic, and has triple exposure with a view of Vesuvius. It is equipped with an outdoor shower and is always sunny and livable in all seasons. The house is surrounded by a large green area that offers relaxation, silence, and clean air within walking distance of the Vomero district and the historic center.
