Enjoy lazy summer days in a rural little student union house of 95 sqm located on a small farm in Spydeberg, Indre Østfold. From here, there are plenty of nice hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. The location of the listing requires guests to have their own car. It is 10 km to Spydeberg where there is a train station, pharmacy, grocery stores, various interiors and clothing stores, etc. The space Here on Haugland, in the small yellow house, you can relax and find peace. The house is located on the outskirts of the garden sheltered by fruit trees and nature mountains. Guests have access to the entire house and have a patio outside in the sun where you can grab a snack, read a good book and relax. The house is furnished in a nostalgic and rural style that takes you back to a bygone era with modern bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to make a nice meal. In the living room, there's a flat screen TV to connect Apple TV to stream movies and TV. The house has two bedrooms with beds for 4 adults in comfortable beds. One room is undisturbed with a double bed and the other a queen bed. In addition we have two travel beds with mattresses, duvets and linens for the smallest children. These can be used by children up to the age of 3-4. Guest access Guests must dispose of their own car to get here to us. There is a separate guesthouse parking at the back of the yellow house that you can find by driving through the farmyard/garden and up the back of the small mountain in the garden. From the parking there is a small path/walkway going down the back of the house. If you arrive late at night, you can park in our courtyard in front of the old barn the first night. From there, you have to walk through the farmyard and the garden. The key is in the key safe on the backside of the house.
