Willow cottage in the trees is our newest addition and completely newly renovated. A separate cottage about 20 ft. away from the main house, private & quiet, located near the back of the property away from the street. Has a putting green in side yard. Has it's own dedicated parking space, on the street. Come vacation in the beautiful nature of Sedona. Located in West Sedona within walking distance to Whole foods, restaurants and many trails. TPT # 21490451 The space A little over 500 sq. ft. seperate cottage with knotty pine wood floors. This is a animal free abnb to provide a hypoallergenic accommodation. Guest access This Cottage is located in a residential area. It has easy access and designated parking for 1 car is on the street at the red poles. There is a security camera outside facing the street towards the parking. Other things to note Quiet time is 10pm til 8am. The cottage is not child proofed. This ABNB is not suitable for parties or events or extra services to be brought onto the property. Only registered guests on the property please. No smoking in the cottage or on the property. The pot belly stove is only decorative. To increase heating temperature on wall furnace, turn bottom red knob counter clockwise to increase heat. No animals allowed due to allergies. If using the A/C during your stay, please turn off when away from the cottage. please note, the sliding door is not accessible to open. Please do not ask for early check in or late check out, we follow strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols.
