The space Entire floor of the house (living room, bedrooms, kitchen etc) and the entire private screen porch and wraparound deck out back are reserved solely to the guest renting the house floor and their guests. Guest access Entire house floor and all rooms are reserved solely to the guest renting the house. Should be noted the walkout basement is a completely separated unit from the main house. This unit houses a mother in law suite (office room, bathroom, storage room and a utility room) and off limits/not accessible to anyone besides property owner. Garage could be made available as a shared storage space but by default is not offered currently
