Luxurious Saratoga Springs Home Next to Race Track

Welcome to 8 Nelson Avenue. This modern farmhouse, located in the heart of Saratoga Springs, is the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy all Saratoga has to offer. The Race Track is a short walk down Nelson Ave and both town & SPAC are 1.5 miles away. The space Our home is the perfect mix of old and new boasting 200 year old floors, four wood burning fireplaces (two of which are in the bedrooms!), a brand new gourmet kitchen, updated baths and a new heating / cooling system. The Kitchen is fully equipped with marble and granite countertops, a wine fridge, stainless steel appliances, a Wolf stove and dual fueled ovens. The Kitchen opens up on one side to both a cozy family and dining room, while the other end's sliding glass doors bring you out onto a sprawling lawn where you can take in the serene views. The outdoor terrace is another great place for entertaining. It is equipped with a grill, beautiful patio furniture and chaise loungers. A large fire pit with six Adirondack chairs surrounding it is located next to the terrace. Enjoy morning coffee in the screened in porch off the kitchen. The First Floor also hosts a guest bedroom with a full-size pull out sofa (from Crate & Barrel, it is extremely comfortable) and a second full bathroom can be found on this floor. On The Second Floor, you will find the remaining two Bedrooms with a staircase on either side of the home. The Master Bedroom has a California King Bed; The Upstairs Guest Room has a Queen Bed (it is off of the Master Bedroom with a staircase leading into the Downstairs Guest Bedroom). Both of our children's bedrooms are also on this floor but they will be kept locked and we ask that guests respect our privacy. Brimming with charm and only a stones throw from all Saratoga has to offer, 8 Nelson is an ideal way to experience this charming little town. NOTE: We only rent to responsible adults and families. No parties. No loud groups. Full time residents live on both sides of the house. If you are coming to Saratoga to rent a house for a large group to ‘party in’, this is not the house for you.
