Dear guests, welcome to our rustic vacation home in Riederau am Ammersee with huge property and direct lake access. NEW from November 2022: We offer you from November 2022 a private garden sauna with wood stove and panoramic windows with magnificent views of the Ammersee. Please note: Should you wish to use the garden sauna there is an additional sauna fee, the amount of which depends on the length of your stay. You will find more information below. The space In addition to three bedrooms, a living room with dining area, a kitchen as well as a bathroom, a total of about 4,000 square meters of land with direct lake access and private swimming shore are available to you. The train station Riederau is only 1 minute walk away. By train you can reach Munich in less than an hour. The steamer to Herrsching also stops in front of the door. Guest access Please note: The vacation home is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults + 2 children. There are two full size bedrooms. The third bedroom is a children's room, which is equipped with 2 bunks with 1.60m length. This is a passage room. There is a steep staircase leading to the children's room and the bedroom on the upper floor. Other things to note Sauna fee: Should you wish to use the sauna there is a one-time fee depending on the length of your stay. This includes the use of the sauna during your stay as well as the necessary accessories, such as firewood, lighter, sauna infusions, towels, etc. One-time sauna fee: 1-4 nights: 150€ sauna fee 5-7 nights: 200€ sauna fee 8-10 nights: 250€ sauna fee 11-14 nights: 300€ sauna fee More than 14 nights: Individual agreement
