The Messe Karlsruhe (DM Arena) can be reached in 10 minutes. Rastatt and Karlsruhe can be reached in 15 minutes. The A5 highway is also only 15 minutes away. The space The property was built in 2021 to the latest standards. It is modern and completely newly furnished. All rooms have underfloor heating. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a small hallway with a wardrobe and a fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances. For beautiful summer days or smokers, the apartment has its own terrace. Each room has a large window so that daylight is also guaranteed. All guests are welcome, whether assemblers, trade fair workers or holiday guests. The apartment is designed for up to 4 guests. - Both bedrooms have 2 beds (90 x 200), a wardrobe with hangers, a dining table/workplace with 2 chairs and an HD flat-screen TV with all satellite channels. - The bathroom has a floor-level shower with a rain shower head, a toilet and a sink with a mirror. - The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, pad coffee maker. Dishes, glasses, cutlery, bowls, etc. are also provided. A dining area is also available. Guest access The apartment has its own entrance with a key safe so you can check in flexibly. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. Other things to note Bed linen, hand towels, bath towels, kitchen towels, pillows and blankets are standard.
