Deep into the bosom of the mountain, for you – our guests, we founded Guest House “Kandaferi” – a shelter from the stress of everyday life, where you can find the freedom to be yourselves; to connect with nature either through activity or through relaxation in the calmness of this unique place. Guest houses Kandaferi 1 is located in Bulgaria, village of Miikovci, 13 km. from the town of Elena (in the middle of Stara Planina mountain). The space Guest house Kandaferi 1 is an artistic masterpiece. Its unique details and solutions made out of wood as well as the authentic balcony with a view towards Chumerna peak are creating an atmosphere which will leave you breathless and full of unforgettable memories. General capacity for the stay in the hut for the guests of “Kandaferi 1” with 16 places /14 + 2 extras/. On the ground floor you will find a spacious tavern with 25 seats, a fireplace and an equipped kitchen – crockery, oven, hot plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle for hot water. Curved wooden stairs lead to the next two floors where the bedrooms are located. 4 double rooms; Apartment I floor – bedroom and living room; Apartment II floor (the den) – bedroom and living room; All units come with a TV, private bathroom, towels and cosmetics in the bathrooms. During the cold winter days the house is well heated with local heating. Upon prior request, you can request homemade food: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take advantage of our massage studio, where an experienced professional will take care of your complete relaxation. Children will calmly romp on the playground next to the house. AT YOUR DISPOSAL ARE: Wi-Fi throughout the house and yard; Tavern with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen with 25 seats; Recreation room, games and presentations; Patio with summer kitchen, garden and many flowers; Outdoor barbecue and oven for the preparation of specialties; Shed with mountain views and Chumerna peak; Parking area; Massage studio. Guest access The maximum capacity of the house is 16 guests. For your convenience there are: 4 double rooms; 1st floor apartment – bedroom + living room; 2nd floor apartment (The Lair) – bedroom + living room. All of the rooms are equipped with a TV, bathroom, towels and cosmetics. During their stay, the guests can take advantage of: Tavern with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen with capacity – 25 guests; Leisure room; Courtyard with a summer kitchen; Barbecue and furnace for preparing delicacies. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the whole house. Over the winter, there is local heating to keep the house warm. Guests of both Kandaferi houses can also take advantage of our own massage studio where a trained professional will take care of their further relaxation. If requested in advance, Kandaferi guest house can offer a variety of meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
