With a total built area of 167 square meters, it has, in its 140 square meters of main floor, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them included in a 22 square meter suite fully adapted for the use of people with reduced mobility. Original pieces of the house are the living room stove, fully restored and in full operation when desired, and a lamppost, located in the backyard, which reminds us of the origin and the affection that the first Dutch owners put into building the house.
