The facade has retained its simple character. The stables on the ground floor have been transformed into an apartment in which Florence and Guillaume live. The original house of this farm, largely upstairs, has also been transformed into a comfortable vacation residence with 150 m2 of living space. Both houses have their own gardens. The garden of the vacation home is fully fenced and not overlooked. A jacuzzi (hot tub) for six people will make your stay in the south-facing garden more pleasant. On the ground floor is a small living room with some sports equipment and many children's toys. There is also a second fridge-freezer and a sideboard, which can be useful if you want to eat in the garden. This living room is also equipped with a second toilet with sink. The upper floor features a spacious 42 m2 living room with a kitchen and kitchen island for six people seated. On the side where the bathroom and separate toilet are located, there is a spacious bedroom with a twin bed. On the other side of the living room is another spacious bedroom with a double bed and a slightly smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. The upper floor has a beautiful view of the park. There is a playground in the park and some benches for parents. The house is 100 meters from the busiest center of Aigne. Aigne, a thousand-year-old city, built in a spiral around the church. Hence the name "Escargot" (Snail shell). Aigne has a great restaurant with a nice terrace, Lo Cagarol. There is also at the Escargot, a wine bar/tapas bar, the Vigne Vierge. A supermarket, butcher and bakery with delicious croissants and pastries are 1000 meters away. The house is located on Rue des Causses. If you leave the village through our street you arrive at Les Causses, an excellent walking area, with lots of natural and Mediterranean beauty. The nearby village, the "Cité" de Minerve, attracts many visitors year-round.
