Duplex 2 Bedroom apartment The views over the Marina to the sea are truly beautiful turn the other way and you look out over the Golf Course. & the Mountains The terrace is huge over 100 m2 with Gazebo, Shower and WC, Kitchenette, Bamboo bar, Dining table and B-B-Q. Nomad Tours Oman also have 2 boats in Sifah a 12m fast speed boat we use for sea tours and the 14m Bayliner is a beautiful yacht to sleep on board she has 3 Cabins. The Apartment does not have Internet Jebel Sifah is a new development just South of Muscat. Of course, I am biased but I think it is by far the nicest resort of all the new Tourist developments that have been built in the Muscat area. There are some stunning beaches doted along the coast both North and South of As Sifah   It is about 1 ¼ hrs drive from the airport and about 45 Minutes to Old Muscat The apartment has a terrace of over 100 m2 it overlooks the Marina and the sea on one side and the Mountains (Jebel) and the Golf course on the other side Opening onto the terrace is a Bedroom with a King size Double bamboo bed and uniquely above the bed is a bunk type bed that can sleep two kids up to the age of say 12 years. The view directly over the Marina from the bedroom is stunning. On the terrace there is a Large Gazebo with lounge area Three steps down from the Gazebo is a Bamboo bar and a Kitchenette. On the golf course side of the terrace there is a B-B-Q There is also an outside shower and WC room. Downstairs from the terrace is an ensuite Bedroom which has a king size Bamboo bed like the one upstairs with bunks over There is a studio type lounge with Kitchen and couch that pulls out to a double bed Next to the lounge is another WC The disadvantage with an open terrace overlooking the Marina is that noise can disturb your neighbours, so to enable you to enjoy music without upsetting other guests and residents there is a silent sound system so you can play music from your phone Ipod or whatever to a transmitter which provides sound to up to 10 separate head phones. We ask you PLEASE to be mindful of those around you. This works both ways it there are neighbours not behaving in a respectful manner you can call security. If you have additional friends at the silent party we also have our yacht Shamsa moored in the Marina which has 3 Cabins and can sleep 6. You will be met by a representative of the Marina apartments management team or if out of hours there is a Key safe on the door we will give you the password You can travel to the Marina by water Taxi from the Marina Bandar Al Rowdha But you really need a hire car Right outside the entrance to the apartment is a convenience store Turn right walk 5 Minutes and there is the Xtra Divers Dive Centre Turn right walk for 6 minutes and there is a private beach with sun loungers Turn right walk for 7 minutes for the Bank swimming pool bar and Restaurant Walk straight for 3 minutes for our Yachts Shamsa I and Shamsa II Walk 1 Minute right next door for the restaurant & Bar The Sky Lounge Walk straight for 3 minutes for the restaurant Gossip Corner Great for Breakfast Walk straight for 5 minutes and reach the Sifway hotel where you can use the swimming pool the Restaurant or the Bar Walk straight for 7 minutes to Hire Kayaks sailing Dinghies Jet Skies Sand Buggies etc Walk 10 Minutes to the other side of the Marina for the restaurant the View
