Welcome to Stubbegården, a 19th-century remade villa, just 7 km south of Vadstena. This charming retreat is perfect for short or long stays, accommodating families or friends. With 160 m2 space, it offers 4 bedrooms (1 master, 3 guest), 2.5 baths, a cozy living room with couches, smart TV, WiFi. Step outside to the porch with BBQ facilities, enjoy scenic views. Fully stocked kitchen, rent bedding/towels. Just 10 min from Vadstena, escape to this delightful villa, embrace the Swedish countryside. The space Kitchen: Kitchen is equipped with all your day-to-day amenities, which includes pans, kitchen towel, household paper, pots, plates, silverware, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker- suitable for up to 8 people. The kitchen table is suitable for up to 8 people and also equipped with a "breakfeast TV". Please note that there are lots of candles throuhout the villa that you can use and move as you please. Bathrooms: There are 2.5 bathrooms in the villa. The 0.5 bathroom consists of a shower and sink. All bathrooms include everything you need - toiletpaper, towel, "toiletcleaningsupplies" and more. Bedrooms: There are in total 4 bedrooms in the villa, and all the beds include pillows and quilts (not bedsheets). 3 Bedrooms includes 2 single beds each. 1 Bedroom includes a larger king size bed. Living room: The living room is equipped with 2 sofas, multiple chairs and a wifi connected TV. Guest rules: Check in 15.00 - Check out 10.00 (Swedish time) - No smoking - No pets allowed (contact host) - Not allowed to charge cars - No parties - No more than 8 people in the house Guest access You have access to the whole villa except the attic. You have access to parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway, although you can probably squeeze in 2 more cars if you see fit. The garage on the property is not available for guest access. And please keep yourself restricted to your own lawn and do not cross to any other lawns/buildings in the area. Other things to note If you would like to purchase cleaning services it costs 1200kr (optional). If you would like to rent bedsheets and towls it will cost you 100kr/per (optional).
