Corymbia Batemans Bay

Our holiday home is really well located. It is close to beaches , oysters/coffee shop, playgrounds but also just a short walk to the centre of town were there is the supermarket and many cafes and restaurants. Main section of house Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bed Bedroom 2 - 1 x twin bed & 1 x single bed Kitchen, meals area , family room, laundry main bathroom and powder room Lower level with separate entrance 1 x king bed with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette All linen and towels provided The space This is our family holiday house so it is well appointed, modern and clean. Depending on the time of year there are lemons, grapes, herbs and tree tomatoes to pick from the garden. It has a two fantastic deck area with a large BBQ, chiminea and beautiful view of Batemans Bay bridge, Clyde river and township. Guest access The house consists of two levels. Upstairs you have the main entertainment area, kitchen, master bedroom and kids room. Downstairs you have an open plan parent retreat style room. There is an external/outdoor staircase between the two areas. Guests have access to both areas. There is a large driveway with room for boat and car parking Other things to note The property has a 65” TV with streaming services, dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer. The main upstairs and the downstairs bedroom have king sized beds. The second upstairs bedroom has a double and single bed. We also have a Ikea high chair and a porta cot with change table available for use The rear deck is covered area This was renovated mid 2016 This beautiful space also has outdoor heating and a ceiling fan The front deck has a gas bbq, large modern outdoor table and chairs for family dining overlooking the beautiful Clyde river and township of Batemans bay Registration Details PID-STRA-17993
