Completely remodeled historical home in downtown Chattanooga. Located in the University area where Chattanooga's newest restaurants, craft breweries and retail are opening. Our home has an urban and comfy vibe with large windows for natural light, hardwoods floors and high ceilings. We have been certified by the City of Chattanooga as an approved short term vacation rental. For larger groups we have another Airbnb directly across the street. Sleeps 6-7 guests. Check it out! The space We have completely updated this beautiful Chattanooga jewel. Our bedrooms are located upstairs. We have a king bedroom, queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 full sized beds and a "half" bedroom off of it with one twin bed. This room is separated by a curtain for more privacy but does not have a door to separate. One full bath with tub/shower combo is located at end of hallway upstairs making it perfectly private. One full bath is located downstairs, features a shower and is very convenient for your stay. Downstairs den and dining room flow together for entertaining a crowd. Kitchen has range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. We have washer and dryer. For outdoor enjoyment we have a new private deck off the back entrance and large front porch. We have Roku for Netflix, Hulu, Youtube and more. You will need to login to your accounts to watch. High speed Wi-Fi are included. We have an additional TV in the king and double bedrooms plus on in the den. We have off street parking, smart lock and home alarm. Guest access Entire home is booked. We use a smart lock for easy access. Other things to note We are taking extra precautions between guests to make sure our home is safe and disinfected. We are following the guidelines provided by Airbnb to make sure we keep our guests safe.
