We offer up to 5 beds in 2 private rooms located in a very recent apartment house. The rooms have a bathroom, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The rooms are in Melegnano from which you can reach Milan in about 20’ by car or by train. The space Comfortable accommodation in a very recent apartment house. The accommodation is located only 1Km far from the beginning of Milan-Bologna motorway, the beginning of the East and West Milan ring roads and from the brand new TEEM (East Milan external ring road). It is also distant only 200m from the Melegnano railroad station where you can take the “passante ferroviario”, kind of a light underground which every 30 minutes carry you to Milan downtown in 30 minutes. Guest access From an independent entrance the guests can directly access the apartment which is connected to the one where we live through a closed door. The entrance leads you to the main room with a double bed, TV and a small terrace. From here you can go to the small bedroom, with two single beds and a TV, and to the private bathroom. Other things to note From 1 January 2025, the Tourist Tax has been established for all non-residents in accommodation facilities in the municipal area of ​​Melegnano. For this reason, upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Melegnano will be required, in cash, equal to €2.00 per guest per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive days, with exemption for minors under the age of fourteen. The apartment building is brand new and the area is peaceful. For families with children there is also a small park at only 100m. Even if the available rooms are two, we do not rent them to different guests for the same period. So, even if you are only one or two, you’ll enjoy the use of the whole apartment in any case.
