Nice independent studio, garden and shared pool

We are pleased to host you in our studio, which is adjacent to our house (private entrance and parking). The studio is composed of a 35 m2 living room with air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a sofa bed (140 bed), a 12 m2 mezzanine with a 160 bed and storage unit, a shower room and a separate toilet. Two fenced gardens. Shared pool heated from June to mid-September. We have 2 affectionate little dogs. Fee of €10 per night per additional adult. The space Located at the exit of a charming little village, 4 km from Talmont and 9 km from Meschers. Shops (supermarket, bakery, tobacconist, restaurant) in Cozes 5 km away and in Meschers-sur-Gironde.
