Alindo Villa I in Lindos with heated swimming pool

This villa is unique in terms of location, privacy, spaciousness, design, and views, all combined together. At the same time, with a two minutes drive, you can reach Lindos, which is the most sought after destination on the island and fairly considered as one of the most iconic – picturesque villages in Greece. The space The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, on the same floor, there are two bedrooms with queen size bed (1.60m) and a private/en suite bathroom in each of them (one with shower and the other one with bathtub). On the first floor there are three more bedrooms with a queen size bed (1.60m) and a private/en suite bathroom in each of them (one with shower and two with bathtub). Each bedroom has a terrace/balcony. Every room of the villa has large windows towards Vliha beach/bay. In terms of outdoor areas there is a heated swimming pool (60sq.m with a depth from 80cm to 130cm), outdoor sofas and armchairs with cushions, a dining table with chairs, sunbeds, a gas barbecue (broil king 320 monarch), large courtyards / garden, lawn areas, planters with Mediterranean plants etc. The location and design of this villa ensure absolute privacy and unobstructed breathtaking views from all areas (exterior and interior) to Vlycha (or Vlicha) bay / beach. In the evening, the villa, the garden and the pool have automatically adjusted ambient lighting creating a particularly pleasant environment for relaxation. The access to the house is from the national road of Rhodes - Lindos, through a private road 150m long (there is an electric gate). Also, the villa offers private parking space.
