El Ático is a small but nice apartment in the attic of a detached house. The apartment is in the small village of Grube, which is counted as the district of Potsdam. Located almost on the island of Töplitz, it is surrounded by water. Very close to the house (50 m) is a small swimming lake. The Wublitz (Havel) is also 200 m away and offers space for a variety of water(sports)activities. The space Stylishly furnished and modernized, our apartment offers enough space for 2-4 guests. Unfortunately the space is not wheelchair accessible The cozy kitchen-living room is the very apartment. The bedroom with its large windows impresses with a wonderful panoramic view of the meadow and field landscape of the area. In winter, when the leaves of the trees fall, the view of the small lake behind the house becomes clear. The small living room invites you to relax and unwind. Guest access The property offers private parking is available right in front of the house. Potsdam city centre is 10 km away and is also easily accessible by public transportation. The Neue Palais and also Sanssouci Castle are about 7 km away. The bus stop in the village is within a 5-minute walk. Children's playground is 500mm away Also not far from the pit of the Europaradweg R1. Around the village and all over Potsdam there are countless bike paths for all the enthusiastic cycling fans. Grube offers the unique opportunity to combine culture and nature. In a few minutes drive you will find yourself in the historic facilities of the Preusenkönig and at the same time enjoy the peace and quiet in the middle of meadows, fields and lakes. The picturesque Swiss collonist village of Nattwerder is 1 km away. Other things to note Cozy cafes and restaurants are about 5 km away. As a small extra, we offer relaxing neck and back massages from a corresponding specialist directly in our own domicile. A mobile massage chair/lie is used for this. There is also possibility of renting a sup board. On request, we can organize horseback riding lessons (also for beginners and children) near the property.
