You get two twin bungalows which can accommodate 10 people with 2 spacious Living rooms, 2 Bedrooms (2 beds and 6 mattress), 4 bathrooms, Veranda at ground floor and balcony at 1st floor with a beautiful Sea View. House has TV, Fridge, Both the Bedrooms and Living rooms have Air Conditions (AC) . Entire Villa is fully Air Conditioned. Ganpatipule Mandir is 2.6 KM from property which is 6-8 mins of drive. Gaiwadi Beach is 1 KM from property which is 3 mins of drive. This beach has Water Sports. The space House has TV, Fridge in Living Rooms Both the Bedrooms and Living rooms have Air Conditions (AC) . Entire Villa is fully Air Conditioned Sleeping arrangements: One Bedroom has Queen Size Bed for 2 people. Second Bedroom has King Size Bed for 2 people. There are 6 Floor Mattress and 2 Sofas in Living Room. So 10 people can sleep comfortably. Other things to note Thanks for your booking. Few general points to note: 1) Check In time from 1PM to 9PM as post that my caretaker leaves for the day 2) Check Out time 11AM. Request to adhere to this time as Bungalow needs to be kept ready for my next guest check-in 3) Rooms are clean and tidy, please maintain cleanliness while checking out as well 4) No pets allowed 5) In case you want utensils or any other cleaning during your stay, caretaker will do it at charge of 250/- per day 6) No noise making parties in the property as it's a gated community of bungalows 7) Booking is allowed only for family NOT for bachelors.
