Studio Wolność 2 is located in the Przylesie housing estate at ul. 23 Marca 91 in Sopot. The studio is located on the 5th floor of a block of flats and occupies an area of 16 m2. The area is characterized by tranquility and quick access to the forest, which is part of the Tricity Landscape Park. The layout of the apartment includes a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Guests have access to the apartment's full equipment, including Wi-Fi.  Guests traveling by car can use the free public parking. From 01.01.2020, when making reservations for a date with an end date in 2020 and later for the purposes of business, the Guest is obliged to report the desire to download a VAT invoice immediately after making the reservation. If the Facility does not receive information from the Guest about the preferred form of invoice within 24 hours of booking, the Facility will issue a fiscal receipt by default. The Property may issue a VAT invoice only at the time of sale without prior issuance of a fiscal receipt. If the Guest has a fiscal receipt without a NIP number and asks for an invoice to be issued to the company, the Facility has the right to refuse to issue the document, referring to Article 106 b, paragraph 5 of the Act of 4 July 2019 amending the Act on Value Added Tax and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1520). Guests are required to pay the Sopot spa fee on site: from 01.01.2025 it is 6.38 PLN x night x person.
