La Maison George – Logis Camille

Comprising a Queen-size double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with walk-in shower (separate toilet), logis CAMILLE has a private courtyard to enjoy summer days and evenings. Located on the ground floor, logis CAMILLE is suitable for people with reduced mobility and the elderly. It benefits from PMR access with ramp, as well as all PMR equipment in the bathroom and toilets. The space Located in the heart of the village, 100 meters from Les Anis de Flavigny, La Maison George is an old building that has been completely renovated, offering 9 lodgings for 2 to 8 people. A nod to George Sand, the epicurean who flouted convention and challenged the mores of her time! We love this character so much for her daring and intrepid personality that we've named the Maison after her. In the nine lodgings, illustrator Szabolcs Kariko has portrayed nine women who left their mark on French history, each distinguished in a different universe. Here, women have pride of place: all our apartments are represented by different French women, each as fascinating as the next. Here, CAMILLE CLAUDEL, the fragile one, as talented as she was tumultuous, left her mark on the art of sculpture with her melancholy bordering on madness due to her passionate relationship with Rodin. On request, we can provide you with a cot, cradle and/or highchair free of charge. Other things to note Additional to your private patio, a shared terrace is provided to our guests in order to enjoy the outside area for your breakfast, lunch, drink or diner. Thank you in advance to clean it as you find it once it has been used (tidy the chairs and clean the table). Please note that we don't provide catering on site but you will find kitchen in your apartment.
